Terrible experience

Steve has done a superb job in handling all aspects of the sale of my business. Under difficult circumstances, he coordinated with my business partner’s attorney and generated the necessary legal documents to make the sale. This included revising my brokers selling agreement, adjusting the proposed sale price and crafting individualized counter proposals to each letter of intent. More importantly, he was responsive on short notice when obstacles occurred and provided sound legal advice to help me navigate a solution. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone in the business community.

Steve is an excellent lawyer but even more important he is available when you phone him, email him or need to make a timely appointment. I opened a business when he was at another firm and were never happy after he departed for another firm. I finally made a point to switch firms so I would only be able to deal with Steve. He is a wealth of knowledge, explains and makes suggestions that are very clear to understand. But most important he is kind and personable. We would highly recommend Steve Migala to anyone who needs an excellent attorney.

The Lawyer I got didn't seem all that interested in actually getting my first time offense lowered. Especially when I see much worse offenders getting off with much less punishment. Afterward he did not go over the punishment with me and what it meant, or that the punishment he "won" for me over the increased court fines & costs came with more fines on top of that. After he rushed out I figured it out myself and had to reach out to the Sheriff's Dept. Go for a more Senior firm chances are they will carry more weight in these local courts.
