My family is very pleased with the service, communication and assistance we've received from Mr. Kaplan and the wonderful staff in the office. The communication has been excellent and all questions have been answered and explained thoroughly. We were welcomed and felt comfortable, during the estate planning process. Highly recommend.

He didn't return our call. When we called again, he was rude, aggressive and very condescending, displaying a behavior commonly seen in people who are trying to cover up their incompetence. Contacted him for legal advice on a small matter before entrusting him with a much more important one but we will never contact him again.

Very easy and friendly. Forms we requested were sent directly to our home .Filled out forms and returned to Mr. Kaplan , who then contacted us to come in and sign forms. Very uncomplicated . Made us feel very comfortable!! Would highly recommend!!!
