Was considering this firm but after seeing their very unprofessional responses, I'll pass. Some advice to whomever is in charge of the internet marketing: You cannot publicate details on the cases that gave you low scores. Instead of professionally responding to low ratings, they literally start listing off details of the case. That's a huge HIPPA suit waiting to happen. My "legal advice" to you is to delete those emabrassing responses on all of the low ratings you've received. Ghetto...

While I am happy with my case. When I read his webpage, reviews, and seen the track record of never losing a case I didn't think paying to plea guilty is an option. The advertisement of this lawyer is false in my opinion. How does a guilty plea submitting criminal defense lawyer have a "never losing" record?

He and his partner Attorney Adam D. Brown handled my case with the utmost professionalism. When I charged with a felony, the consequences and seriousness is nothing short of life altering, but James with out "sugar coating" let me know my rights, and gave advise on how to go about dealing with it during these stressful times. I can immediately see that he is humble and confident in his demeanor during my many court hearings, which reinsured me that he is worth every penny and not a "fish out of water" when it comes to dealing with criminal defense. One year has passed and with all options exhausted he and his partner Adam D. Brown showed up on my trial day ready to go. Together they argued with the State Prosecutor with tact and respect, while maintain their integrity to uphold justice. The result was Not Guilty! I was inspired and impressed, and forever grateful for people like James and Adam who are dedicated to their craft and their clients. If you are seriously looking for quality and professional representation, you absolutely cannot go wrong.
