James sealed seven cases for me in Chicago. He also sealed a case for me in Maywood. And..... two more, one in Joliet and one in Dupage. Yes, I was a little bit wild when I was younger. I was so impressed with James Dimeas. Because of me having so many cases, the state denied my petition to seal. James fought hard to convince the Judge that I am a different person today. We won. Then, after that case in Chicago, he kept winning every County. James kept winning! James cares and fought for me. I am very impressed, and I highly recommend him.

I hired Dimeas to help me in a messy situation. After the initial court date, he got the police report and took only a few minutes to read it over. He said something to the effect of -We've got ourselves one hell of a motion here, the cops screwed up.- When the hearing finally came, I was delighted to see Dimeas in the court room running circles around the prosecution. He poked holes all over the police officers testimony's. The judge in this case had to go to chambers several times to review statute. At the end of the day, judge ruled the evidence had to be dropped and charges were dismissed. Dimeas for the Win.

I was looking down the barrel of SERIOUS charges and consequences. I think everyone in that situation would like a chance to be redeemed and represented in the best light. Found myself in a situation where I got arrested multiple times within a week for "criminal trespass" at 2 different casino's. My gambling addiction had gotten the worst of me and this was a big wake up call. First thing was for me to call Mr. Dimeas to consult with me and try to turn a bad situation into a salvageable one. He did just that! You cannot get the big court/system monkey off your back until your case is disposed of. Soon after and per Jim's advice I checked into gamblers anonymous and have been successful at staying out of trouble and quitting gambling. Related to a very messy civil divorce, this lawyer saved my career and quality of life. Alienation of my children by my ex-wife led one child to set me up for a DB and interference charges.
