In cryptocurrency, there is always new regulations changing for the US. It was such a hassle trying to find out all the answers I needed researching on my own online- then I met Andrew. He made it so simple to understand. I was so stressed about if I had to report certain forms because of how I invested, then he informed me that I did not even need to report all what I thought I had to, what a relief! And he's such a nice guy, very easy to talk with. I highly recommend him for any crypto tax or legal concerns.

Great experience with Michael Brandwein.
He has quite a breadth of experience setting up entities/reviewing contracts/etc and provides a fast turnaround when needed.
I've recommended him to a few friends already and would look no further if you are hunting for a lawyer to cover your professional or personal matters (I use him for both).
