Be very careful before deciding to use this attorney! My sister and her husband decided to hire him as their attorney for their marriage immigration 2 1/2 years ago. They were denied and had no idea why. 2 1/2 years later, their new attorney found out that this attorney NEVER SENT THE DOCUMENTS to the immigration office. Because of this, they had to wait another 2 1/2 to start this process over. My sister tried calling, and calling and calling and of course he didn’t answer. They tried emailing, and he still didn’t answer. He must have did this on purpose because still to this day my sister and her husband has never heard from him. So please be careful of this scam. He will TAKE your money and you will NEVER hear from him again.

The Medicaid application process is without question the most complex and confusing I have ever seen. Without Edelson Law my wife and I would not have been to navigate the requirements or identify and provide the necessary documentation. Ms. Edelson is a true gem. She helped complete a Medicaid application for my mom and revise a special needs will for my daughter. The process took very long, not due to her by the systems involved but it all worked out in the end as she said it would. She stayed in touch and took care of issues as they arose. I had spoken with another attorney prior, but Zisl is head and shoulders above. Her knowledge of Medicaid and special needs law is stellar.
