David Freydin and his team represented me in a case where I was wrongfully sued in a tort claim. Being sued in an instance where I felt I hadn't done anything wrong was certainly a very scary time. I was glad to have the calming reassurance of David and his team as they walked me through every step of the case. Despite several efforts to bring the case to an amicable end, the plaintiff refused to back down. David's team fought diligently and kept me apprised of every update in the case. Eventually, David filed a motion for summary judgement and got the court to throw the lawsuit out on the basis that it had no merit. It was great not only to be done with the lawsuit, but to have a judge rule that I hadn't done anything wrong. I am extremely grateful to David and his team for all of their hard work and would happily recommend him to anyone who has a legal problem.
