Hello I hired Lisa because my previous company I was working with put me in a very bad position and was looking at getting banned from selling securities and possibly much worse. Lisa took the time to hear out my entire situation without any retainer and from there of the 10 interviews I had with different lawyers she stood out as the most genuine and had the best results. After I had hired her the best case scenario is exactly what happened. I ended up not being charged with anything. Through this process Lisa wasn’t scared to tell me the harsh truth but in the softest way possible. I was dragged into an SEC issue due to my interaction with a client that I had. Even though I was simply a software vendor and consultant I was required to give discovery. I have never wrote a review before but I feel like I must so others don't make the mistake I did. This is a scam, I was with them for quite a bit of debt and paid them over 8 thousand dollars. Only 353 dollars went to one creditor. The others went into default and I'm being sued. Thankfully I pulled out when I did. I was paying 1036 a month and 995 dollars of that was going to "fees." The creditors started to call my work and I almost lost my job. If you are reading this and are in the program close your bank account and open a new one TODAY before they take more of your money. This is a dirty scam and I wish I could take legal action!!!

Update - still had a garnishment but it was eventually lifted after having to get a loan from their partner they recommended. Thought it would have been completed without having to get an additional loan. It just reset the clock on everything. Still have the debt just owed to someone else. If we knew this was going to be the case we wouldn't have used them.

Customer service team is not helpful at all when you call. Three separate occasions now I have had issues with them. Better off just handling the creditors yourself!!

When I received a subpoena from the Secretary of State informing me that I was under investigation from the Securities Department, my original plan was to call a few attorneys to discuss my case and decide who would be in the best position to assist me. Lisa’s name was on the top of search list and after my first call with her, there was no need for me to continue the search. She explained the rules of the investigation very clearly and laid a plan on how to respond to the subpoena. She was very meticulous throughout the process and communicated directly with the State attorney handling my case all the while keeping me informed of all the steps taken. Her timely actions resulted in my case being dismissed after a very short period.
