Self and my wife applied for Adjustment of Status thru the law firm of Lakshmi Lakshmanan three years back .The quality of service provided by her office has been far from satisfactory. Besides demanding and accepting full payment at the very outset she not only misguided us but set up the proceedings in such a way that we were asked to pay for every question we had . All along there has been lack of transparency and procedural errors leading to avoidable delays . To cut the dismal story short eventually my wife’s case was Declined by USCIS , whereby we had to apply afresh and in my case I had to hire another Attorney halfway down the line. Considering the miserable experience we went through I certainly would not recommend her law firm to anyone .
