Couldn’t have picked a better firm to help me-thank you Ben Schneider and team!

I had a business venture fail in 2014 and I was forced to declare bankruptcy. Schneider & Stone had tremendous empathy and treated me like a family friend through the whole process (it's still not over and they haven't strayed from my side for one moment). Their fees are very low considering the level of service and professionalism. I would recommend them to anybody in the Chicago area who needs legal help.

I hired Ben and his team to handle my bankruptcy and they did a fantastic job preparing all necessary documents but I was in court for 3 minutes with all debts discharged! I have gotten letters from people trying to collect since the bankruptcy and his assistant Eliana has solved all these issues with one email! So efficient, so kind, so devoted! If you need help with bankruptcy, hire Ben and Eliana and relax. They take care!

The first thing you want to establish with your lawyer is making sure there is a personality match. Clients needing legal representation are typically burried in stress. In my first call with Ben within minutes my stress level went down by quite a bit as Ben took that responsibility and quickly adapted to my personality and from there on it was my least of woories that there would be any communication or personality issues combined his communication and knowledge so eloquent that's beyond admirable and remarkingbly very strong in the industry.

Ben did a great job on our case! He kept us informed every step of the way. He's a little pricey but well worth it. You get what you pay for with attorneys. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing debt relief!

Aggressive, results oriented, trustworthy and smart. Mr. Schneider handled a very urgent and sensitive case regarding child custody. Myself being out- of -state was of course out of my league in his states laws and definately needed an aggressive, smart lawyer on my side whom understood what I expected and knew how to get there. He kept me well informed of what I needed to bring to the table as well. Easy to work with , made me feel comfortable all along the way and his staff was also quite smart and attentive. And quite courteously forwarded information to my Colorado team back home to smoothly continue the final order process.
