I first met Bill during the messy and complex breakup of a partnership that unfortunately resulted in litigation. Michael has been a great franchise attorney and source of excellent referrals. We originally solicited his services to review our lease agreement. He was affordable and had experience with our landlord, which made the negotiation go smoothly. Specifically, his negotiations led to us receiving additional time in our rent abatement period and other protections. As important as the work he did on our lease, was his knowledge about the construction process. Specifically, he helped us set an appropriate timeline for the architect review and general contractor selection process relative to the lease negotiations. He also provided excellent referrals for an architect, insurance broker, and construction contract lawyer. As a first time business owner, I found his counsel and advice incredibly helpful and we've saved money as a result! I'd highly recommend him and his team.

Unfortunately I can't give a negative !!! I called trying to inquire about a lawyer for my son . Obviously going through a stressful time & when my call was returned .. I was trying to tell them his situation & they were so RUDE !! He literally said "what are you trying to do ? seems like you are having a hard time getting a story out" Wow !! Obviously I was trying to hire a lawyer !! Isn't that what you do?? I don't think it would work if they can't communicate without being ignorant!!!

I called to see if this firm would handle a different type of case for a family member of mines. The man who answered the phone was completely rude and had absolutely no phone etiquette skills. I’m unsure of the performance of the attorney but his staff should definitely go through training on how to deal with potential clients. As someone that has worked in the legal service for years, I would of been fired if I spoke to potential clients like this man spoke to me.

I paid jay petro a deposit years ago He didn’t provide any services nor appeared to any cases and it’s been years that I’ve been trying to collect my funds I call leave messages no call back or response don’t prepay this guy get your services 1st

I highly recommend Scott! I started the divorce process with another attorney. A few months in and the process wasn’t going anywhere. Scott was highly recommended to me.
