I had switched to Kim 6 mo into my case because I didn’t feel the firm at the time wasn’t very responsive, proactive and provided a good representation. Kim was a strong advocate for me in my case and fought like it’s her own battle. A great trial attorney. I was awarded additional time as a result.

James Urtis “Jim” represented my mom in a worker’s compensation case. It was definitely a stressful and difficult time for us and there were a lot of things that we didn’t understand. However, Jim was responsive to communication and listened to all of our concerns. He made sure all medical expenses were paid by the employer, and fought for my mom to get awarded an excellent settlement for her injury that fit her needs.
