If you’re in a bad situation and are considering bankruptcy. Joe Pioletti Is the way. I paid upfront in full and he immediately started. Even corresponding with me on weekends and nights at my convenience. It was the fastest most streamlined process I ever have been through. He responded within minutes anytime I emailed him. Kept me and wife informed every step up the way. My advice is have everything you need ready. It only took a couple of weeks because of us. I’m sure the firm could have had it done in a couple of days if we had everything ready. He filed it in minutes after virtually signing it on a Saturday. Can say enough good things about it. We didn’t even have to meet even though I would have like too. Everything was done through emails. So if you’re not from the area. Still give them a call. You will not be disappointed. Best experience in the worst of circumstances
