This firm only cares about money. After taking mine they dropped me over a chance to represent a bank.

I hired Daniel Fultz to defend me in a criminal drug case of which in facing 7 felony charges. Mr. Fultz is very professional, dedicated, and honest lawyer. He always did listen to everything I had to say and answered any of my questions with depth and reason. Daniel Fultz will stand up for his clients and there rights. Highly recommended!

Terribly misrepresented.

Dan was at court to work my bond. Then when we talked we discussed my case . He gave me his thoughts on the case. Then we discussed expectations of from great to ok out come. My lively hood was in jeopardy. I was charged with a felony. At my job had I been convicted I would lose my career for over 20 years. I told Dan as bad as that would be my main objective was to stay out of jail and best case is no charges and I can continue with my life. Dan was able to get charges dropped so no felony no record career back on track. He surpassed my expectations by giving me best case scenario. I definitely recommend Dan L Fultz as a lawyer I felt he was honest and worked hard for me and I know he will for you

My husband had Rolland Cross as a GAL in his custody case. In all of my years working in child protection, I’ve never seen a GAL so unconcerned, and unwilling to get to the bottom of the truth. His ego lead him through everything instead of the truth. You can see other reviews on here that say that it’s almost as if Rolland was picked on as a child, and now is a bully to the “cool kids” as revenge. I also believe this to be true. In the end, my husband turned Rolland into the ARDC to report his shortcomings. Unfortunately, the ARDC could not investigate Rolland because my husband was never Rob’s actual client, however; I do think that if it weren’t for that small technicality, there would have been an investigation. My opinion is to avoid Rolland Cross at all costs if you want a fair solution.

Don't know nothing about them

The atty acted like he didn't want to help us. Left the room before us and didn't both to walk us to the elevator. So impersonal and detached.

So far I've been satisfied.. I think I've found a winner!!!!
