I hired Daniel Fultz to defend me in a criminal drug case of which in facing 7 felony charges. Mr. Fultz is very professional, dedicated, and honest lawyer. He always did listen to everything I had to say and answered any of my questions with depth and reason. Daniel Fultz will stand up for his clients and there rights. Highly recommended!

Dan was at court to work my bond. Then when we talked we discussed my case . He gave me his thoughts on the case. Then we discussed expectations of from great to ok out come. My lively hood was in jeopardy. I was charged with a felony. At my job had I been convicted I would lose my career for over 20 years. I told Dan as bad as that would be my main objective was to stay out of jail and best case is no charges and I can continue with my life. Dan was able to get charges dropped so no felony no record career back on track. He surpassed my expectations by giving me best case scenario. Mr. Fultz represented our family in a matter involving a DCFS investigation. He was prompt in meeting with us after our initial phone call and was very personable. Mr. Fultz was very thorough in his review of our situation, explained all of the intricacies of the DCFS process and took the time to answer all of our questions. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and never left us in the dark.

This lawyer did little for my case. Found out later that important information in regards to my case was not presented in court due to the laziness of this lawyer. Would have been better off representing myself.

I’m so glad I did so because he had it completely resolved within two weeks of my arrest. My license wasn’t suspended, he negotiated a fine with the Assistant State’s Attorney that I could live with, and the DUI was dropped to reckless driving. I was charged with DUI and I have a Class A CDL. Ive never really been in trouble with the law, so I didn't have any idea on how to handle my situation. A good friend of mine recommended Dan to me. I was charged with the DUI on a Saturday. Talked with my friend on a Sunday and consulted with Dan on that Monday. He and I went over everything. I hired Mr fultz April of 2017 I was looking at a felony charge. Him and his staff was very professional and honest with me. My case was dismissed!
