Case is still pending but Andrew Rankin has been very professional and has instilled a lot of confidence. The online portal is great for easy communication and immediate access to documents. As far as the complaints about hard to use the portal there is a little learning curve but after using it for a bit you can sort by date to help find new documents.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr.. Andrew Rankin with Stange Law Firm. He is very professional and his knowledge of the law is exceptional. He will give honest legal advice even if it's not what you want to hear and provide excellent representation. After 4 years of working with Mr. Rankin, i would say he is second to none. He will stand next to and defend his clients through thick and thin. Even after moving to run another office in Belleville, he still came to Springfield for over a year to see our case to the end. My lawyer and the people I interacted with were very good. The communication was not great, but that probably had more to do with me living 90 minutes away. My biggest complaint is probably their document system. They keep it all online, which should be a big convenience, but it is not organized very well. The documents are organized by title (unless I missed another way to organize them), so unless you are lucky enough for them to start the title with the date, then you have no way of knowing which are the latest documents. About half of my documents were labeled date first, but they seemed to have gotten much better about the naming about halfway through dealing with them so maybe this is an issue they are aware of and are working on. Still, this document system caused a few problems for me and so I am taking off a star. Other than that they were a good firm that I would recommend to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services.

I have had three different lawyers on my case because of high turn over. And it took a year to settle something out of court. I’m glad we didn’t have to go to court it would probably take more time than it did. The first two lawyer didn’t return my calls or emails my last lawyer kicked butt and got the job done.

Well we haven't been to court yet, but from what has happened so far, my lawyer Betsy wirth has been timely and straight forward. She has been conscious of my financial situation and worked to keep costs down. She has been available and responsive if I have had any questions. In my divorce i was worried about my ex-husband having visitation with our minor daughter knowing the drugs he was using. Mr. Rankin did an excellent job presenting the facts in my case and after proving my ex. used the drugs I finally got full custody of my daughter and no longer have to worry about her safety. Mr Rankin was always understanding and patient of what I was going through. He was always prepared for court even when he himself was not feeling well. I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you aren't loaded with money and want the money that wasn't spent toward attorney services back (they require a hefty deposit), don't waste your time. After a month of your case being closed they are supposed to send you the remaining money from the deposit. Everytime you call asking where it is, they come up with a different excuse and tell lies that don't match up with what others have said. Terrible crooks! My husband just got back from active duty and we have been relying on our money back and all they can say is that we will get it when we get it and they can't cut us a time frame, after telling us several different excuses beforehand.

Horrible. lost what should have been 2 slam dunk cases. Do not use unless you want to loose your case and your money its a scam they have horrible reviews and even disabled reviews on their social media platforms
