Dan Way is the best adoption attorney anyone could ask for. He worked on a weekend on our paperwork for our granddaughter's adoption. He was even in his office on a Sunday and we signed the necessary papers so that he could file them at the courthouse. He got us our court date and it was quick.He was so wonderful to work with and he answers all your questions that you have. We was so at easy with him and he makes everyone and everything feel important to you. This was a very stressful and long process for our family. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to adopt. He's so understanding and tells you what to expect in the long process that this entails. We are so pleased with all he has done for our family, that I would use him for his other expertise.

Dan Way was awesome to work with in the adoption of our foster child! Everything he did was extremely prompt. The adoption was finalized less than a week after he received the paperworks back from DCFS. You could tell he truly cares about the cases he takes on. He was courteous in all our dealings with him and communicated thoroughly with us and made sure we understood everything we needed to.
