Ted and his team were very responsive and professional, and they didn't sugarcoat anything....we could always count on them to "give it to us straight". In terms of cost, we were very pleased with what was asked of us and we didn't have to worry about hidden fees or unexpected expenses. Excellent results. On 5 stars - Ted gets 6. I had been trying since July to resolve a registration problem with IL SoS. Hours of phone calls and multiple e-mails with Illinois, Wisconsin, Sec of State Police, IL DVM, you name it.
Ted had the issue resolved in less than 48 hours and I received both my title and registration. Absolutely fantastic and much appreciated.
