5 stars isn’t enough for the job Ted and his staff do. Ted, as well as the office members, are very quick with responses and get to work right away for you. They were able to resolve a licensing issue I had extremely efficiently! I would not recommend anyone else if you have questions or are needing help with a licensing issue, they are the best around. John Hudson McWard, Taylorville Mr. McWard, who was licensed in 2017, was suspended for 90 days. While acting as an Assistant State’s Attorney, he provided incomplete or false information to a judge in order to cause the judge to set a lower bond amount for an individual under arrest. He also made false statements to his supervisors regarding his involvement in the matter and his telephone conversation with the judge. The suspension is effective on February 11, 2021

Harvatin Law Office was very helpful in helping me through my DUI issue. They were very respectful and answered any questions I had to ask. There is no doubt that anyone ever wants to find themselves in the position of needing to hire an attorney for driver's license reinstatement for any reason, but in the case that you do, then I doubt that you will do better than hiring Ted as your attorney. Regardless of the circumstances and the perceived fairness of them that led up to your suspension or revocation, this is one instance where, if you follow Ted's instructions, complete in full all requirements asked of you with no lame excuses, and take at least some responsibility for some of your own actions, then the end result will and should be your driving privileges gained back. Learn from any past mistakes, and ensure that they are not repeated in the future. Meanwhile, I would give Ted a go to see whether and how he can help you.
