Ben helped me through my car accident. He was very personable and easy to contact; he was patient with any and all questions. Ben was able to make legal and insurance jargon understandable, so I was very clear on what was happening every step of the way and why we were taking those steps. He was very attentive and thorough which helped me think about everything that I could tell him that would assist our side of the case.
