I have and will continue to refer them to everyone I know, I personally had Todd help with my case and he is a very smart professional man, he know the in and outs of everything, and he took very, very great care of me and my case! My experience with Kanoski and Bresney was truly a blessing from God. Everyone there was friendly, kind, and pleasant to work with, but more importantly they were very sincere in their willingness to help me. They were truly concerned about my injury and about me. Now I know they probably got tired of me because I called all the time with what I thought were small, little, and big concerns, but never once was I ever made to feel like I was a nuisance. The proffessionalism they showed me coming from my attorney, to the legal assistant, to the secretary at my intial visit was truly outstanding. And when the wait got long and I wanted to just say forget it, they kept fighting for me and more importantly they reassured me that things would work out. " And they did!" As a firm I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. So take my advice; if you've gotten injured and don't know where to go for help they are the firm to call if you want to be treated with dignity, respect, and to have your case settled with satisfaction. I would rate Kanoski and Bresney one of the best Law Firms in Central Illinois. I called them after a severe car accident that my wife and son was in. Within an hour, I was being called by Mr. Bresney to inform me of what my course of action should be. Within two days, I was meeting Mr. Bresney, and he informed us of what to expect. He also made sure that we understood what the possible outcomes could be. We did not expect Mr. Bresney and his team to put as much effort into the case as they did. They really stand behind their clients to make sure that they get everything that they deserve to get. I would recommend Kanoski and Bresney to all of my friends and family members if they would ever need a personal injury lawyer.

While some of the staff are friendly face to face, I Walked into this place, and the lady who talked to me looked like a crazy woman. Bright neon blue hair and covered in tattoos. Which is not only EXTREMELY unprofesional, but also made me highly question this busineses ability to handle my case. Turns out I was right...from the very beginning they were midhandling my case. None of them were able to answer any of my questions. And then told me to leave all of my highly confidencial medical and personal info (big mistake) and after it passed through several people's hands the person it was supposed to go to had not a single clue why she had them or what she was supposed to do with them..... Then after convincing me to leave all my most confidential personal info, exposing it to numerous employees, they (after all this) refused to take my case i believe because I comlained about another attorney to the ARDC. Therefore any reasonable person would be left to reasonably assume that this attorneys office would create just as many problems as strong law did. And certainly did cause me problems during the very time wasting and exposing process I was forced to go to through. I would recommend avoiding this buisness if you want confidence and confidentiality.

Very unprofessional if your case is going to take a while they will not take it all they are worries about is getting your money! TheyThey don't try ri get a hold of you to tell you know what's going on their staff is very rude! And they won't take you carcase if it's going to take aa while to get things going! I think this place is trash and everyone that works their are trash ! I would not recommend them. To anyone! Horrible place and the people are horrible ! Soooooo very UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
