Sandra, Jan, and John were very easy-going and attentive upon initial contact which made the info-gathering/retaining process actually a breeze. Shahina seems-to have fantastic rapport with the traffic judges which lends a comfortable feeling to the courtroom and a feeling that you picked the right team to have in your corner . Shahina funny too .
