Mr. Brian Erwin was patient, understanding, and very thorough in defending me in a DuPage County DUI. He saw the "holes" in the D.A's case, and attacked them to the point where there was more than reasonable doubt to convict me. Brian is EXCELLENT as an Attorney, and I wish I could give him more than a 5 Star rating. He will always get a recommendation from me, and as many referrals as I'm capable of giving him.

Words can't describe the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Erwin. He saved my life I was facing life in prison. With his hard work and consistency, he was able to get me out of jail. After serving almost 3 years trying to prove my innocence,I was found not guilty on all 10 counts. Mr. Erwin is a substantial lawyer.

Brian Erwin is a very good attorney. He’s always on top of my case keeping me updated on every aspect of my case. He represented me on my 2nd DUI case that I thought was going to bring me jail time and permanently lost of my driving privileges. He got me the best outcome which was dui classes and conditional discharge no jail time and what makes it even better I get my drivers license back next year. He’s currently representing me in my family case and I am very happy with how things are going. I recommend this attorney 100%. I caught two felony controlled substance charges and a retail theft charge within 3 weeks of each other. I was facing a lot of jail time and Brian Erwin was able to get me off with 2 years non-reportng probation and 100 hours community service! He attended every court date and answered any questions I had. He also took up a family custody case for me- even though he doesn't do family cases anymore and has been awesome so far in that case. He is also very understanding if my situation, I wasn't in a good financial position at the time I hired him. He worked with me and allowed me to make payments. Even if they were very small payments, as long as I made them, he appeared at my court dates and represented me and did a great job doing so. I recommend hiring Mr. Erwin for your court case needs! He is great! And a very friendly guy too!
