Highly recommend! After a 10 minute procedure I can finally see without contacts or glasses for the first time in over 14 years!

The staff here were nice! Everybody was super nice. No long wait or a bunch of people waiting. As a matter of fact I didn’t even have a wait. My husband was allowed to go into the evaluation room with me and the doctor before I went in for LASIK. Dr Edelstein talked to me during and ensured I was comfortable. Only big issue was they didn’t give me enough drops and I had to shell out more money for that at follow-up.

From my initial consultation to the post-operative care, the entire process was smooth and professional. The staff were knowledgeable and supportive, addressing all my concerns with patience. The surgery itself was quick and virtually painless, and I was amazed at how swiftly I regained my vision.

My experience to the LVI in Tinley Park was amazing. From the first greeting from Donna at the front desk to my consultation with Dr. K even up to my surgery with Dr. Person everything was awesome. Dr. Person and the staff in the operating room made me feel at ease as they spoke to me through each step so I did not feel uneasy during the process. Dr K who was the associate optometrist that saw me on the day of my consultation, the day of my surgery and during my post op care. Dr. K walked me through everything I needed to know pre-op and post-op she was AWESOME!!!! All in All this was an amazing experience from beginning to end.
