I was referred to Mr. Garza in 2003 by a friend of the family. My friend also happened be the chief of police in suburban village. After being arrested for dui, battery, and resisting arrest. Details of the case made him truly believe we had a chance at trial. I wasn’t optimistic at all and thought I was finished. Long story short I was found “not guilty” of all charges and (believe me or don't, but this is the truth.) the whole courtroom of other defendants and there families stood up and applauded .
