Ms. Manestar is highly knowledgeable about estates, wills, etc. She was also my late father's Attorney and he was a very choosy, articulate individual! I have been extremely satisfied in all my dealings with Cynthia.

When I made the move to become a full time freelance graphic designer, Ms. Manestar helped me navigate the legalities of my contracts with future clients. She made sure my project agreements were air-tight, allowing me peace of mind in being able to serve my clients. In any correspondence with her, she responded within the same day. Ms. Manestar was hired to help deal with a trademark infringement case. She thoroughly explained how she could help during our first conversation. She drafted and sent a cease and desist to the offending party. Due to the uniqueness of Intellectual Property law Ms. Manestar acknowledged, that depending on of the matter proceeded, she may have to refer us to an attorney the specialized in IP law. We appreciated this level of transparency up front. Ms Manestar diligently worked with the offending party’s legal counsel and an agreed upon resolution was quickly established between all parties. After the matter was resolved we received a well documented invoice for her time spent on this matter. We feel confident in recommending her services to anyone.

Attorney Cynthia Manestar has a great track record. My GPS equipment was stolen in the premises of one car dealerships during service maintenance. The manager has tried to dismiss me and won’t take responsibility for the loss of my GPS. I sought the services of Ms. Manestar and successfully get a refund of my GPS. Ms. Manestar has been my lawyer for some years providing excellent legal advice to me and my parents. Cynthia Manestar has been my lawyer for twenty years. She also represents other members of my extended family. Cynthia is diligent, professional, reasonable, well-studied, and has always taken a proactive interest in our well-being (personal and professional). It can be easily said that there have been occasions where her expertise have save us from our foolish selves, regardless of how desperate we were to careen into oblivion. Some time ago my wife was involved in a traffic accident. Apart from our concern for the well being of the injured party, we did the prudent thing and call our attorney, Ms. Manestar. She immediately provided us with the necessary information to protect our assets, and provided us with documentation to upgrade our status. The very next day she filed the necessary legal documentation, and thoroughly explained to us what we might expect if a lawsuit was filed against us. Fortunately, none was forthcoming. I would not have hesitated to retain her if one had. Her fees were very reasonable, and it was comforting to know someone with her expertise was on our side. Hired attorney manestar to represent me on a case, which she absolutely had no knowledge how to handle such a case.did absolutely nothing on case.and after I asked her to withdraw, she had the nerve to demand another $3, 000. I know I overpaid for representation that I didn't receive. BEWARE!!!
