Deceptive practice

Taking you to court unnecessarily when they can just place a phone call and negotiate or inquire why payment was omitted. Feels alot like bullying business.

Where do I start with the lies this law firm tells. I am still waiting for them to mail me a check they said was returned 3 months AGO! Seriously terrible business and very poor communication.

Great customer service

Forbid anyone have hard times. Once you get back on your feet to pay things off it's like pulling nails to get any information regarding pay offs. Oh and if you want to be treated like a POS and rude please call here! They definitely do not follow consumer debit laws!

how is it that i didn’t get a SINGLE court order to settle a debt with them and not surprisingly i didn’t show up to the court and now i’m getting wage garnished 15% of my check. i already live paycheck to paycheck and now i’m struggling even more because of them. not one form of contact. beyond terrible i can’t believe this company.

This is a horrible business, coming after debts that are closed. Reopening and hoping you don't show up to court to collect thousands from you. It's unreal it's legal!

This company does no due diligence, does not care about proof of payment and just ignores you to up court fees. I paid in full my debt to the original company but was never informed they had bought my debt. I am supplied proof and everything they need to understand it has been paid. BUT... they erased our communications on their private server and left me only the emails I had. If they reach out, immediately take screen shots and report to the judge. Personally if not done with this I will be going a legal route to expose the immoral work they do. I also would give them a negative if possible. Although the people on the phone were very respectful. The lawyers are just greedy.
