I was in a very difficult situation with a triple net investment. I was lost and did not know how to get out of the situation. I was desperate. We had major issues with the quality of our new roof and the customer service with the roofing contractor. We offered the contractor a discounted amount but he insisted on full price. My wife and I were having a new home built and during a walk through with the contractor we discovered mold in the basement. We wanted the contractor to fix the problem but they refused. In order to appreciate what Michelle M. Wiedman did for me personally but also my husband and son, I must preface our situation after a forteen-year period of the most horrific and compromising lagal fight of our lives.
