Sells himself pretty well over the phone, takes your money and disappears, does not return phone calls/emails for months! When you ask for your retainer back he refuses to refund your retainer. Jason Mercure is the lawyer who gives lawyers a bad reputation.

Jason represented me during a false order of protection and a false accusations. He was on top of it and was ready to go into court. He fought like hell and I was able to see my girls again. He answered his phone almost always or called me right back. He also answered every email. I highly recommend Jason and would definitely use him again.

Jason was my attorney during a very hard time... He was always responsive (within a day or less...many times within a couple hours). He was knowledgeable about my legal questions and he always have me sound advice, even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. His rates were reasonable and fair, he didn't milk the clock so to speak.
