Outstanding!! I can not express how impressed I am with Mr. Michael Kopsick. From beginning to end, he was 100% professional, informative, accessible and helpful. I have never had anything happen to me that required me to get an injury law attorney so I had some questions. Mr. Kopsick explained everything to me from our first call. He explained the process, how his fees work, what he will do for me, etc and he absolutely delivered! Every email I sent, he responded in an acceptable amount of time; usually in less than 24 hours. If I was unclear on anything, he encouraged me to ask questions and always reminded me to never sign anything I didn't understand. I can go on and on about my experience with Mr. Kopsick. Joe McKeown really helped me out in a very difficult time. He's incredibly knowledgeable and will make sure that you are completely understanding of what's going on and what's coming every step of the way in your case. Joe specifically helped me get residential custody of my son so he could stay in the same school district when my ex and I divorced. I was worried that my ex would try to pull my kid into a different school and just wanted to provide my child the stability I knew he needed and deserved in a time that was very difficult for us both. Joe helped me in so many different ways. He helped me understand my rights, used his extensive experience to help guide me through every step of the process, and ultimately helped me secure residential custody of my son so that I could continue to send him to the school he has always attended. Joe was very empathetic of my situation, understanding of how difficult it was for me, and was very fair with his hours/billing. I would hate for anyone to have to go through something as stressful and hectic as a divorce, but if you find yourself in that situation you will be in good hands with Joe representing you.
