Several years ago, Al Wysocki prepared a prenuptial agreement for my father-in-law and his wife. Since that time, my father-in-law developed Parkinson’s disease, and dementia. My husband was named as his power of attorney, but had never been given information related to his assets or his investments. Had Mr. Wysocki had not done the prenuptial agreement, we would never have known, that my father-in-law had long term health insurance, which has helped defray his nursing home care costs. Mr. Wysocki also handled real estate closings for my mother's real estate clients, prior to her death, and our closing as well. We entrusted him to handle our will, and have been extremely satisfied with the services he has provided. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family members, because of his expertise, and extensive knowledge of the laws in Illinois. I heavily researched attorneys in Lake County before retaining Al to resolve a rather serious matter for me. Al was able to quickly resolve the matter for me with the best possible imaginable outcome. Al's experience in every aspect of the Lake County system from a sheriff deputy, states attorney and judge is what gives him a serious edge in the court system. Everybody in the court system knows him and speaks highly of him when I mentioned who was handling my matter. Even more impressive, while waiting in court one day, I watched Al represent another client with a far more serious case than my own. The judge was steaming mad with Al's client for violating the judges orders. After 5 minutes or debate, it was like Al used some type of jedi mind trick and judge agreed to all of Al's requests. I couldn't recommend him more.

Mr Wysocki is a tough no nonsense lawyer who represented me for 2 cases 1 that took nearly 2 years he fought very hard to win this case for me even when there was many times during the case i wanted to give up he kept pushing ahead and never stopped believing we could win and we did. He gave me my life back anyone that is looking for a lawyer no matter the case i highly recommend they speak to Mr. Wysocki. I would most certainly acquire he services again if i ever needed to.

Albert was very rude and unprofessional, he was constantly late to all of my court dates. He also intended for me to be convicted on a no insurance ticket. He told me he couldn't get it throw out and when he couldn't get me off supervision at another courthouse he then all of a sudden made my no insurance ticket go away. He blamed me for himself being late to court and belittled me and talked to me like I was a dog in front of my boyfriend. I will never use him or his office again

This man is second to no one, He not only saved my behind once, but twice. His staff is extremely kind and this Mr. Wysocki is as experienced as a lawyer can be. All I have to say is thank you!
