This was my first time receiving a speeding ticket and Mr. Evan Winer helped me to understand the whole process a lot easier and was able to work with the prosecutor and judge to reduce my speeding ticket to a petty offense.

We definitely give him ten star if we can. Evan is so professional and efficient. We are Chinese and have a language barrier but he is so patient and nice explain everything to us. We clear all three tickets in a month. So fast and quick we don’t even need to go to court or zoom. He is great!
