Mr. Wysocki advised us on family court matter. Quick action was warranted and he arranged to see us that very evening. He told us how the judge would interpret the case, how we could handle the matter ourselves and save legal fees though added if we were more comfortable with his representation that he would accommodate us. We appeared at the court date ourselves, responded as he had advised and not only accomplished what we needed to do but averted a protracted court battle and further feelings of animus between family members. We are grateful. If you do meet with Mr. Wysocki come prepared. He will not want to know how you feel but instead will ask exactly what was said and exactly what happened including dates, times, sequence of events etc. His mind works at warp speed. Perhaps other attorneys will let you vent , but for my money, I'd rather have someone who will level with me and not mince words. Especially when billing by the hour. You'll do well to have him in your corner.
