If I could give negative stars I would. I have paid this unethical attorney over 13,000 between my court cases, and had a reasonable question why I was charged due to the courts moving my court case due to Covid and he withdrew from my case. The only reason he withdrew was because he knew the court case was over and he wouldn’t be making anymore money off of me. I had to hire a new attorney for one court case after paying him thousands of dollars. He came highly recommended to me by a judge and I can rest assure she or myself will no longer recommend him to anyone.

I think David did a great job. With the courts being closed due to COVID-19, it did take a little longer to get my divorced finalized but that was no one’s fault. They were able to get the soonest court date and I am happy to say that I am divorced!! Plus, I really think Courtney is the best. She always made me feel like all my questions were important and made sure I knew what was going on.

Joseph Fusz was appointed GAL in my family court case. I am fighting for custody of my son from a very tough position. I get that, I own that. I was relieved to have a man as the GAL. Someone who could share a man's fatherly perspective. My first impression of Joe was that he was very likable, smart, and reasonable. Joe continued to be this way throughout the case which has momentarily been removed from call. Although my case hasn't gone exactly the way I wanted it to. Maybe my expectations were too high. And I don't have the knowledge of the law to navigate this case by myself. Perhaps there is a little frustration with the system. But only because I love my son and I want to protect whatever innocence he has left. I do wish the the court could have done more for my son and I. At the end of the day Joseph seen the red flags my sons mother presence but in his position there was very little he could do. In his credit he was able, at times, to look beyond my conviction. He actually began opening doors and allowed me to see there was light at the end of the tunnel. And I would like to thank Joe for his assistance. He is very professional and I wish a had him as a lawyer and not a GAL. I will never stop fighting for my son. Thanks again.

David recently represented me in defending against a post-judgment matter, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! David knew the laws and he didn’t waste time on issues that were irrelevant. After a lot of research and meetings with other attorneys I met Leigh (Kat). Prior to our meeting, as with all the other attorneys I provided some background information. Kat took the time to read the information I shared prior to our first meeting. She knew exactly what needed to be done advised me and did a fantastic job handling a very messy post decree matter. She is an amazing attorney. If you need help with family law, stop looking, hire Kat, she’s very reasonable on fees and does a great job!

Mr. Del Re did an excellent job for me. He is a compassionate lawyer with the ability to be a tough litigator. His charges for his fees were reasonable and the outcome justified the expenses incurred. I highly recommend him.

After having a bad experience with my first attorney , and thousands of dollars waisted I was worried about hiring a new attorney. I was referred to David by a lake county judge, he Is that respected. My ex had a top partner at one of the biggest law firms. David had no problem standing up to her, and standing up for what was best for my child. David and Courtney were very responsive and there for me whenever I needed them. David Del Re and all of his associates are helpful, understanding and patient. They all take the time to explain the process step by step so that you completely understand what is going on. Law and all of its proceedings can be overwhelming especially when you are not in that field of work and dealing with the emotions of divorce and or custody. David and his team were very epithetic towards me and I know they treat each of their clients the same way! I truly feel they do their very best to do what is right for everyone involved most importantly the child(ren) .
