David Winer was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was professional, to the point, wasted no time and always responded in a timely manner to every question, and believe me there were TONS! Not a lot of people thought I'd get approved for a RDP as my case was quite tragic, yet first time around he helped me prepare and I got approved! What I respect most about David's professionalism is that he takes his role as a part of our justice system very seriously. David's integrity is something to be admired and appreciated especially as a lawyer. I hope to never need his services again but in the very horrible event that I do, there is no one else I would go to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mr. Winer was amazing!!! He was fast, PROFESSIONAL, addressed all my needs, helped navigate the legal system with lowest impact to me, amd did this all in less then 24 hours. Mr. Winer did a fabulous job representing me in both of my traffic cases, which were within a month of each other. I could have been in real trouble! He worked his magic, and nothing went on my record, and the fines were minimal on one, and waived on the other. This man is a miracle worker!!
