I was given a speeding ticket for 35 miles over the limit Mr Evan Winer got it knocked down to a misdemeanor and supervision and only a 50 dollar fine...first the ticket I received the fine could have been 2500 dollars but Mr Winer got it down to 50 dollars....I would highly recommend using him for any and all traffic violations

I first hired Gloria in 2012 to defend me in an administrative case. The year after, I brought her my custody case and a few years later she won me sole custody for my kid. In between that time she handled criminal, traffic, and landlord/tenant issues for members of my family, negotiated an IEP for a friend of mine who's son was having trouble at school, successfully fought a union agreement for a contractor that I hired, and even won an appeal with the unemployment office for my neighbor, which saved him about $10,000.00. She jokes that she handles "door law," or whatever walks through her door. But it's true, and she will figure out whatever you bring her and make calls and meet with colleagues and experts to cover all the bases. I met other lawyers who are afraid to go outside their area but I think because she's so used to handling so many different things she has the confidence to research and take on whatever you throw at her. She is super compassionate about people and her victories are very personal to her. She will look everywhere for ways to make things work for you. With my kid she kept making sure I didn't give up even though I was so fed up with my ex and with the judge. She worked with me on the finances and took a long payment plan for my custody case, although note she's not the cheapest lawyer on the block. She is tough as nails and will make sure you as the client stay on top of your game too. I had to testify in my case and I felt super prepared, and so where my witnesses, above and beyond my ex's. Her staff people are really nice too, very accommodating and professional. Overall an A+ experience. Within my family and my company she is our go-to attorney for life.

I have worked with Evan Winer for over 20 years. Super professional staff and reasonable prices. I can always count on them to help me and my family if needed.Would recommend them to everybody in need.

We still don’t know how to Thank David Winer for what he did for us. My father was in a very difficult situation, he got in a car accident and was now facing DUI charges. It was a nightmare! David personally walked us through step by step on everything we needed to do, and he managed to get my dads DUI charges dropped, it won’t be on his record. He is definitely the best at what he does! I hired Evan Winer at the recommendation of the Law Offices of M. Fakhoury to represent my brother. I hired the Law Offices of M. Fakhoury in the past and highly trusted their recommendation. Evan is the epitome of a defense lawyer: sly; dishonest; and greedy. Evan is good at what he does, but don’t put too much trust into him. In my opinion, Evan does not care about his clients and is not ethical. It seems that his only motivation is money. Initially I was impressed with Evan. He was highly responsive and straightforward. However, my opinion changed at the conclusion of my brother’s case. Evan called me on 10/08/19 and requested more money to continue to represent my brother, because he failed to meet the set guidelines while out on bond and was re-detained. I told Evan no. I told him I would no longer assist my brother financially or pay Evan more money. When my brother received his sentencing, Evan convinced my brother that I was okay with him signing half of the bail money over to Evan. He told my brother that we spoke over the phone and I agreed to that. This was a lie. I flat out told Evan no. I feel robbed.
