When I received Philip's letter in the mail I decided to give him a call. He didn't try to sell me, and he only offered what might happen with or without a lawyer. We agreed on his fee, which was very reasonable, and he was prompt to the courthouse. We had the case delayed because of the inexperience of the DA attorney, so the case was delayed. In the interim Philip negotiated it down to a mere speeding ticket. He showed up again at the rescheduled time, handled all the paperwork and didn't charge anymore. He was courteous, professional and attentive. I highly suggest him!

I got a speeding ticket in a construction zone in June that required court appearance. I was going to plead guilty and pay the fine. I then got a letter from Mr. Kroovand about 1 week after the ticket. I called him and he explained to me my options, including reducing the ticket to a petty speeding ticket. Based on his experience and my driving records, he was very optimistic that a favorable outcome would result on court day. So I hired Mr. Kroovand to represent me and we were at court yesterday. Mr. Kroovand was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to reduce my ticket to a petty speeding as he'd indicated from the beginning. Phillip Kroovand took my case Failure to yield the right away at an Intersection, which resulted in an accident. This was the first time I been into an accident and I was also out of town for New Years 2016. He took my case, I filled out an affidavit and was represented in court. I got pulled over and was given a whole stack of violations but, the most critical of these citations was a citation for a D.U.I. I heard about Mr. Kroovand from a friend of mine and, I am so thankful that I made the connection! Throughout the entire process he was incredibly professional, very punctual ( I have personally never dealt with a lawyer that was on time! As a matter of fact, he was there more than an hour before court even started!) He was very kind and considerate to my wife and I both throughout the whole process, he really explained everything in such detail that there was no misunderstanding and the whole thing was handled and negotiated smoothly, quickly and absolutely to our satisfaction!
