Mr. Gibson was professional and prompt from the beginning to completion. He always answered my calls and was forthcoming with my answers. I had spoke to another attorney prior to contacting Mr. Gibson and he was wishy-washy. I felt like I got straight answers from Mr. Gibson and no false promises. He was honest and I really needed to hear the truth. He got me a fair settlement for my injury. I would have loved more but I think he did right by me.

For years my wife and my stepson and I worked on getting them both documented here in the US. We had worked very hard and spent a lot of money, and over a seven year period, we got nowhere. A family member recommended we talk to Andres and we did. He showed us what we had been doing right and what we had been doing wrong. We retained Andres's services for a very reasonable price and went to work with him. Through some additional hard work, and Andres's wonderful assistance, today both my wife and my stepson are resident aliens working towards citizenship. There is no doubt, this would not have happened had we not met Andres. He and his staff were not only diligent in their work, but kind and responsive to our problems and difficulties. We cannot thank Andres enough for not only his results, but his respectfulness to our plight. Absolutely the worst person I have ever encountered. He is very arrogant and did not comply and all with his mission he posted on his website. I had hopes this man would be great. But I was WRONG. Filled me with empty promises, but in the end, he refused to go to court, refused to stand up for his client and left me with enormous medical bills that were supposed to have been taken care of in the original lawsuit. I ended up being worse off after hiring Scott Gibson than before I hired him because I had to hire another lawyer to undo the financial mess he left me with. He had no trouble lying to my face and going behind my back to make deals with the other side. I find his behavior reprehensible. I worry about other people placing their trust in this man. It is one thing to have a disabling injury, but quite another to be further disabled by the very attorney that was supposed to represent you. He insulted me repeatedly during mediation and refused to provide accomodations for me, despite my handicap. I could write for days on the problems I had with this man, but like the rest of the lawyers--he will never be held accountable for his actions.
