After receiving my recent (and first) DUI, I read the laws and pretty much thought I knew what was in store for me, and I was terrified. It was not an "aggravated DUI" situation but the evidence was overwhelming and I was "solidly" above 0.08% BAC. I decided to get a lawyer but didn't have any referrals in Lake County so I reluctantly went to the internet. Alan Jones was referred to me by a good friend. I've used him for a few different things over the last few years. He's always been upfront with me. Keep me informed on what I need to do to move things along efficiently. I've used him for DUIs. when said and done after court. I think I've walked out in less trouble than I thought I was going to be in. I've used him to get my FOID card and he was able to get that back for me no problem.
