Justin assisted us with the sale of my Mom's house (apparently every home sale in IL mandates legal representation is present on both sides) and the process was smooth and painless. He anticipated and addressed all the relevant issues. Kevin walked me through the multitude of issues related to settling the estate/trust, and as an executor/trustee that guidance was invaluable. The office staff have been attentive throughout these legal journeys, and even maintained a healthy sense of humor. Bryan Sullivan, aka the "Baby Faced Assassin," is a dude I'd want guarding my legal backside in any engagement.
