Mr. Carlo D'Agostino was very help and great through out my process of buying my first home. As I have a few questions about filing my own divorce he has been very help with leading me in the correct direction to do it myself as well answering a few questions I have. My husband and I deeply regret hiring Attorney Carlo G. D'Agostino as our real estate attorney. He was recommended to us by our Remax realtor. We are a military family. We relocated to Illinois from another state. We were suppose to close on our home on February 1st. We made arrangements to relocate based upon this date including listing our home for sale. We sold our home on February 14th and ended up homeless. We did not close on our home in Illinois until March 9th. Attorney D'Agostino was well aware that we were on a strict timeline however no contingencies were added to our purchase agreement that would have held the seller accountable for not closing on the agreed upon date. Communicating with Attorney D'Agostino was frustrating. We wanted to fire him but he charged us a $600 flat fee. The most disgusting part of this experience occurred when we were at closing. As he was reviewing our closing documents, he said to my husband "Sign here. Your real name not the one she calls you in the bedroom" A chuckle followed after his disgusting remark.

Carlo was great throughout the home selling process for me. It was my first time as a seller and appreciated his attention to detail and responsiveness. Would recommend!

I used Carlo as our attorney in the recent purchase of a new home and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with him. Everything leading up to closing was explained well and felt very smooth on my end, but at the closing is where he really impressed me. There were several issues that came up in the room (all on the seller's side) and Carlo smoothed everything out for us and made the experience easy (even a little fun surprisingly) for us. Even the seller's attorney came in and told me how awesome Carlo was! I found out the next day that a ton of emails flew back and forth afterwards trying to resolve our last issue and he took care of it all and updated me when it was all finished. 5 stars for sure!

I'm a returning client that needed help selling my home. When the first buyer did not fall through Carlo was patient and understanding of the situation despite being extremely busy himself. He always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I was very impressed of how he stays in step ahead when it comes to the whole process which results in a easy and smooth transition.
