Harry Smith and Jay Fuller are among the best trial attorneys in the Chicagoland area. I used to be a prosecutor and know of their skill first hand. Mr. Smith is by far one of the best divorce attorney's in the country.....He represented me for my child support case, and saved me literally $50,000 bc of advice that my ex was making my case drag on for years.....He told me that in my best interest he would withdrawal.....At first I was upset, but 2 years later my ex racked up $74,000 for her lawyer bill......His personality is very likeable, and a highly respected attorney.....Also, he is very fair so far as how much he charges.....He's not the type of guy to rip you off. He goes above, and beyond, and his work is top of the line. I highly recommend him to represent you.

Harry Smith is one of the most fair and honest lawyers I've met and I hate to say that I've met many. If you appreciate honesty (even if it is something you don't want to hear) Harry Smith is the man for you. His knowledge of law is extensive and his research into your case is always exceedingly detailed. He handles your case efficiently and doesn't waste your time with continuance after continuance on your court case dates.

Harry Smith did not consult with me or keep me informed of his decisions in my divorce case. His negligence resulted in my having to pay my ex-spouse $6000/month maintenance. He did not return phone calls promptly and refused to do proper discovery. You have to watch this lawyer carefully. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer.
