Family law is never a good experience. Finding the right attorney is the most important decision you will make in this situation. Brian is the right choice, and I am so thankful he was recommended to me for my divorce. He is honest, forthcoming and realistic - which are the most important traits to have in a lawyer as you go through this extremely emotional experience. His billing reflects his character and is fair, transparent and honest - that alone is a reason to hire him, but his experience and the respect he has rightfully earned in the courtroom is not something you will see on the invoice, but is the most valuable benefit you will receive by working with him through your litigation. My experience with the DuPage County legal system was frankly horrible and traumatizing. The only bright spot was finding Michael Biggott to act in my defense. He was patient, caring, organized and very helpful. If you want someone to blow smoke up your patard and draw things out he probably isn't for you. If you are looking for good, solid legal advice from an attorney that isn't after your last penny go with Anderson.

Recently, a false DCFS accusation was called in against me (part of a pattern of harassment), causing great anxiety, stress, and sheer terror. After doing some research, I found attorney Adriana Anderson and, quite frankly, she brought me back from the brink with her calm reassurance, years of experience, and 24/7 availability to answer any questions. Needless to say, the accusation was unfounded and hiring her was the best investment I could have made.

I am out of state and needed legal help for an old case so I did some online research and happened upon this firm, I inquired and Audriana was more then happy to take on my case. Audriana kept in contact with me through email and phone calls, answering all my questions and making sure I had the correct information. Dealing with cases of a sensitive nature sure can be challenging but I never felt unseen/unheard throughout my process. Always cordiality and promptness to meet the needs of my case. After reading a couple negative reviews regarding Brian Nigohosian and his ability to represent clients I am disgusted at the immaturity of those seeking counsel with Brian! Brian called me on New Year’s Day to get some preliminary information from me.(who does that on a holiday?) From then on, he moved quickly and professionally and helped me navigate my divorce. I had a million questions and comments and Brian kept me on track and reminded me that he would handle everything and he did! I’d also like to say that his staff (Brenna) answered all my questions in a timely manner and professionally. If you want a fair and honest attorney to represent you, Brian and his firm are your answer! Hands down, the best!
