It is such an honor to write a review for Fawell and Fawell. I worked with Alex Fawell during what was not the prettiest of divorces. Alex was amazing. He responds to calls and e-mails faster than expected, was very open about having meetings with me in his office when needed, and was the perfect amount of encouragement that I needed getting through this process. His costs are beyond reasonable, I was legitimately surprised when I received the bill after expecting I was going to have to pay thousands more. No one wants to go through a divorce, but if you have to retain Alex Fawell.

Mr. McCormick represented me for a red light violation that involved an accident. I was sighted with the accident for failure to yield the right of way for a left turn and the other party hit me head on. When the police reviewed the video, they found that the other party was at fault. And even though they were sighted with causing the accident, the prosecution still wanted to prosecute me, or give me court supervision. This is where Mr. McCormick really excels as a litigator…his advocacy for his clients! He refused and fought the prosecution on all fronts and refused to plea-bargain. He made sure that my issuance company not only found me not responsible for the accident, but also made them write me a letter stating that I was not at fault, (something that I have never experienced). The state is strapped for cash so they are pursuing ever avenue to generate funds, including trying to prosecute the victims of accidents. Do not go into a court of law without adequate counsel. But if you want to go far beyond adequate, and find a lawyer that will zealously represent your rights, obtain Eron McCormick as your legal counsel. I am thankful that I did.
