I was dealing with a Petition to Revoke on my 3rd charge of Driving while License is Revoked in DuPage County. Originally, I was sentenced to do 30 days of SWAP. Due to my circumstances at the time, I could not fulfill the court ordered 30 days of SWAP. I knew I was going to have to serve jail time in county because of it. So I knew picking the right attorney was going to be detrimental to my situation and how much time I ended up serving. After a long search, I came across Audrey Anderson's profile on google and Avvo. Audrey's accomplished history and experience as an attorney within the DuPage County courts system stood out to me. I figured someone who knew the inside workings of the DuPage county courts would be a major asset in my case. So I hired her and I am extremely grateful that I did. I was facing a re-sentencing of 30-365 days in county jail. In the end she was able to convert the 30 days of SWAP to 30 days of county jail time. More importantly, she was able to get me day-to-day and credit for two days time served. So I only ended up serving 13 days in jail! I feel like that was a much better deal than the 30 days of SWAP. Audrey was extremely professional and I never had an issue reaching out to her when I needed to talk to her. She also charges a fair amount for her legal work. I highly suggest anyone with similar legal issues as mine or anyone with any legal issues at all to give Audrey a call. Again, I am extremely grateful that I did!
