I had questions about unemployment and Jeffery return my call and 2 times more I called and he answered the phone himself really appreciated the information that he gave me highly recommend

Hired Mr Jacobson 4 months ago and have gotten no where with my case. Evicting my tenants for unpaid rent. In the four months he has had my case. All they have done is serviced my tenant one server letter. In four months!

11-28-19 Week 13 and no Happy Thanksgiving here! 3 months of wasted time and money! Server still can’t get the job done! 3 months people! You pay someone to get the job done and nothing! I guess this is the type of lawyer you get here! Someone who doesn’t get the job done! 11-21-19 Week 12 and Guess what? Server still hasn’t done his job. Who would have guessed that? Waste of my time and money! 11-11-19 Well a week has past and if you haven’t guessed it! No results! Once again the server has not done his job! Even tho he got paid in August! I don’t see him in any rush to get this taking care of at all! If they hire unprofessional workers like this to get the job done. Me and the next person who hires this lawyer will get no results! I’ve been waiting for 4 months to get this resolved. You can add on another 4 months of rent I missed because of this slow working server. If it took him 2 months to get this paperwork served once. I bet it will take him another 2 more months to get this taking care of. In that time, it will be 6 months before I get results. And that’s if he does his job! 6 months of lost rent! Be careful who you hire to represent you in a eviction case! Learn from my mistake! Hire someone who also hires professionals! 11-7-19 Finally got a court date! But once again am in the hands of the server! Last time it took him 2 months to serve. Let’s see how long it it take him this time 10-29-19 Finally some movement with my case. 5 day letter has been finally served! 10-22-19 Week eight and nothing! Quick to call back to set up a payment! But not to work on your case! 10-15-19 Week seven, still no call or any results what so ever! Such a waste of my money and time! One word, Terrible! 10-10-19. Going on week six. Still no call or update and still nothing has been taking care of as of yet. Very disappointed, feel like I wasted my money hiring this lawyer! I hired Jeffrey like a month ago. Been trying to have my tenant served and evicted. The server they hired has gotten nothing done! I paid them a long time ago and have no results to show for it! 10-2-19. Going on week five. Still no call or update and still nothing has been taking care of as of yet!

Poor communication and professionalism. I am a landlord and paid them a fee, which they never proceeded with the eviction or had the courtesy of providing me with a case number after multiple calls and emails.

If I could give a 0 I would. They wasted a year of my time and every time I called I didnt get an answer. They didnt even have the decency to call me back to say they wouldnt take my case. No instead they sent an email after I called them countless times. Very unprofessional.

I hired The Law Offices of Jeffrey M Jacobson for a simple eviction case. My tenant hadn’t paid rent for many months. We nearly lost the lawsuit and I was forced to re-file the entire case. This set me back several thousand dollars. The law firm was not prepared for this case even though their website claims evictions as a specialty.

I wish I would have hired Jeff earlier. I wasted my money with two previous lawyers that lost every hearing during divorce proceedings including temporary custody and child support. Finally, I hired Jeff and won custody at trial. Getting custody was the important thing but I'm also receiving child support instead of paying.
