He will be by your side the entire way and will explain everything clearly and give the best route and options possible based on the details of your situation. My 17-yearold son recevied three speeding tickets and had his license suspended for six months. As a parent, it is a scary and intimidating situation dealing with your child and the judicial system. I wanted my son to be held accountable for his actions and yet I did not want this to ruin his life or impact his future. I called John and he provided a free and extensive consultation to explain how he would handle my son's case. After a call, my son and I met with John in person. John took the time to clearly explain the situation to my son, how this situation could escalate and how it could ulitmately impact his future plans. John did all of this before I paid him anything. Once hired, he helped prepare my son for court, explained differnet scenarios, and let us know what to expect when we were in court. The cases were resolved after two back to back court dates. My son will have six months of supervision, be required to take an online and in-person driving class (one added on my behalf as an extra consequence), and had to pay half of John's attorney fees (which were very reasonable). As a parent, I cannot say enough positive things about John. He was responsive, efficient, clear, and kind. He was direct with my son and yet supportive and encouraging.
