A Good Law Firm.

Who writes these reviews?? I looked up the lawyer lisa giese from online for a case I had. She was available to discuss it the first day I called. Then the next day it was nearly impossible to get a time to talk to her. They have too many staff receptionists and paralegals you need to contact with just to ask the lawyer a question. After I submitted my paperwork I called few times after with no reply. The next day I had to reach out to her for a reply. She said she would call me via phone, she did not. Instead email was painfully slow. The staff at this office are very very slow to process any paperwork. It takes them hours to send a simple email. The only thing they constantly do is tell you about their retainer fees and additional fees and costs to do any type of service. It is extremely expensive. The top layers are very busy they refer you to others in the firm but at that point its better to go with someone with more experience and availability. I didn't not hire them but it would be a pain to work with them. They work on their schedule they don't care about you taking off from work. If you have options please stay away they just want your money.

Told me I could get my wife for half of what she has so I wouldn't have to pay child support then denied an annulment agreement we had with my wife so that she could get more money by the hour rather than end the case there. Now I have to pay child support and pay fees. Don't listen to her she's only looking to drag your case out.

She negotiated a settlement that was very fair and equitable. She was smart, professional, dependable and always willing to answer any of my questions in a very timely manner. I retained Melissa on two separate occasions to help me with custody matters. She is so friendly while remaining professional at all times. I never once felt like she was rushing through things. Never felt like my questions or concerns were stupid or a waste of her time. I have worked with other lawyers in the past that I felt nickeled and dimed me and I never felt that this was the case here, the price was well worth the results.
