I was a prospective customer; I did not retain their services, nor have I ever used their services. This review is based upon one interaction with the office as a prospective client. The conversation I had expected was sort of an interview however it delved into an argument, which I found I didn’t not want to work with this person at all. I realize that not everyone is a persons cup of tea so to speak. Rather than argue further I just said thank you and wished them well as why would I want to do business with someone that I’m having a negative interaction with and I don’t even know their name. I had to thank them two more times before they reluctantly acquiesced to end the conversation because it didn’t matter who was right anymore it was about my personal preference as a customer in how I am treated.

AMAZING !! WOW !! Ingrid is the Best .. I received a speeding ticket over the Holidays .. Apparently, I was too fast which made this a bigger deal than your average ticket . With my mind on the Holidays ahead , and now potentially a 2500 dollar fine plus a whole lot of other issues on my plate..I realized I definitely needed help !!! I reached out to several lawyers, some more $ , some less $ .. but none that made my anxiety go away like when i spoke with Ingrid at Niermam Law... Handling the sale of your childhood home after the unexpected passing of a parent is just hard. There are so many details and so much to handle that would be difficult to grasp at the best of times. Those feel insurmountable in hard times. I am so glad that I had Mr. Lake, Nancy and Rachel to guide me through all of the steps from offer to close. They were so patient and kind, and 100% in my corner. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a tram to help with a real estate transaction.

I am so happy we hired Ingrid Nierman. My son was involved in a pretty serious crash. It was deemed the other driver’s fault at one hundred percent, yet my son was also ticketed for something he told the officer while he had a brain injury (unbeknownst to everyone because no CT scan was taken yet,) meaning he was giving information with a brain injury…didn’t even know his car was totaled. This highly skilled, well adept attorney took care of this in one appearance. I am thoroughly impressed with her. My son had to show up in person just once. I only wish we were personal friends because her career fascinates me and she is so personable. She is a regular person like the rest of us and very easy to talk to. Thanks Ingrid!
