My experience with Stacey McCullough was outstanding! She handled my traffic citation with the utmost skill and professionalism. She went above and beyond the call of duty by appearing in court two extra times to resolve my case satisfactorily. She exhibited exemplary service and I highly recommend her to represent you in all of your legal matters.

Stacey has represented myself as well as four of my loved ones over the course of the past 10 years, and I never once have had anything but gratitude for her and her service. She has defended me personally for more charges than I would like to admit, several of them felonious, and I 100% credit her for getting me into alternative court programs which have prevented me from doing prison time and which, upon completion, will avert me of becoming a convicted felon. Stacey handled my excessive speeding case very professionally and very effectively. I was caught speeding (90 in a 55) and she was able to lower my charges considerably. I would highly recommend her for any case with in her scope.

I got 4 speeding tickets within a 1 year period. I didn't think that was a big deal, but it turns out that was enough to get my driver's license suspended for 3 months. Living without a license for that long would've been a nightmare for me, and I didn't even want to think about the fallout from the insurance company (higher rates, having to file an SR-22, etc.). So, after freaking out for a couple of days and doing a copious amount of internet research on my own, I decided to call an attorney and see what could be done. I called Stacey on the morning of 6/1/15, and right from the start, she set my mind at ease. She was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate about my situation, and did a great job of explaining everything in layman's terms. After taking the time to look up my driving history (at no charge), she suggested a plan of action and laid out all of her fees up front in the event that I wanted to proceed. Often, you hear about how expensive it is to hire a lawyer, but her fees were very reasonable, and low compared to what a suspended license might have cost me. Once I indicated I was ready to move forward, Stacey immediately filed motions on my behalf, and got me a court date for 6/9/15 (just 8 days after our initial consultation!). I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty worried. My situation is a little more complicated than I'll go into here, and my chances of avoiding suspension were probably a little questionable as a result, but Stacey managed to get me through. She communicated with me through texts and e-mail right up until the court date, and on the day of she came through like a champ! Just this morning (6/17/15), she texted me to confirm that my pending suspension had been lifted, and all is well. Stacey saved my license and managed to turn a stressful situation, which could've been a nightmare for me, into a not-so-scary experience. I think I've definitely learned my lesson when it comes to breaking the speed limit, but if I ever need an attorney again, she'll definitely be my first call. I highly recommend her!

I had a misdemeanor speeding ticket recently that had a required court appearance. While I had a relatively clean driving record, I was anxious and nervous about the matter and, after investigating the relevant statutes myself, I knew I needed an attorney. I believe finding Stacey was providential, to say the least. I contacted her the same day I received the ticket and she responded via email right away (the same afternoon!). A couple of days later, we discussed the issues surrounding the case at her Wheaton office and I felt reassured that she had the experience and knowledge (especially as it concerns the DuPage County court system) to expertly represent me. Stacey's fees were quite reasonable and she stayed in constant communication with me to inform me of the progress of my case each step of the way. Stacey was very empathetic towards me when I was at a low psychological point (about a week prior to the court date); she represented me in court without my needing to be physically present and deftly negotiated with the state's attorney's office for the best possible outcome (the ticket was knocked down to a regular moving violation with a reasonable fine and a short period of court supervision, which was what I had been hoping for in such a case). Right after court, Stacey followed up with a phone call to explain what had happened. I was elated! I will not hesitate to recommend Stacey to anyone who needs such services in the future. (I plan to drive much more slowly going forward, so I hope I won't need her any time soon.) Thank you, Stacey, for everything!

After looking at a couple of different attorney's, I talked to Stacey and she did a great job of helping me understand what was in front of me...even before selling me on her role/value, she went out of her way to help me understand my situation (including doing some upfront research). The best part of working with Stacey is the way in which she continuously kept me in the loop on the status of the case, next steps, what she was working on, etc. Great communication...great expectation setting...given the situation, she helped make it bearable. Ultimately...she also helped deliver on the best possible outcome!

Stacey represented me in court without me having to be present. Her level of communication is outstanding. The first call I made to her, I was able to reach her directly on her cell and she is very good at sending and returning text messages and phone calls to update me on my case. She turned my moving violation into a non-moving violation, without anything going on my record. Stacey has set the satisfaction level so high that I will not go anywhere else. Ms. McCullough, represented me in a criminal matter for charges of Driving Under the Influence in Du Page County, beginning early in 2011 and concluding approximately one year later. Ms McCullough demonstrated a combination of professional capabilities which were of benefit both to my case, and to myself personally. She is a skilled litigator, and was a strong advocate during court proceedings. During these times it was evident that Ms. McCullough was respected and well-regarded by both the opposing council and by the bench. On a personal level, I found Ms. McCullough to be both candid and encouraging during the difficult period of these proceedings. Because of her specialty in criminal law, it is my hope and expectation that I will never require her professional services again. This notwithstanding. Ms. McCullough has my strongest endorsement for anyone in need of legal representation in a criminal defense matter.

Stacey McCullough has been angel for us! She is well versed in criminal law; particularly in our case that included multiple counts (misdemeanor and Felony) in multiple jurisdictions. There was an increased level of difficulty because these cases also involved an element of mental illness, so additional time and care was required of her...and she could not have been any better! Stacey was also very attentive to detail which ultimately resolved some of the charges. It is also very apparent that her reputation in DuPage County is stellar; many of the prosecutors know and respect her which allowed us to quickly work through the process. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a competent, professional, compassionate attorney. Although I hope to never go through anything like that again, if I did, one of my first calls would be to Stacey!

Stacey has represented myself and and family members on various issues. DUI as well as other traffic issues. I have worked with other attorneys over the years and found them less than adequate and quite frankly they were not honest with me about their services or fees.
